What are ADA Mirror Height Requirements?
ADA mirror requirements are set forth by the ADA. The ADA requires the bottom part of the reflective surface to be no higher than 40 inches.

ADA Mirror Height Building Code
According to section 11B-809.10.8.7 of the California Building Code (CBC), where mirrors are provided the bottom edge of the reflective surface shall be 40 inches (1016 mm) maximum above the finish floor. This requirement is also required by the ADA section 606. If you don’t live in California, keep in mind the CBC will not apply to your property, but the ADA does apply being federal law.
